Gilda Raimondi, 87, transitioned to eternal life at her home on July 19, 2023. Gilda was born May 24, 1936 in Belleville, New Jersey, and spent most of her life in New Jersey before moving to Naples, Florida.

Gilda was the daughter of Liberta Raimondi, who died in childbirth, and the late Sam and Margaret Raimondi. Gilda was buried with her beloved Mother, Margaret, at Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Montclair, New Jersey during a graveside ceremony on Thursday, August 23, 2023.

Those who knew Gilda will remember her as a strong-willed, incredibly independent and deeply devout Catholic woman who made her own way in life, always persevering through times of adversity. Gilda’s true altruistic nature and her giving spirit will live on forever in the charitable organizations she supported.

A memorial mass will be held at St. William Catholic Church in Naples, Florida at 10:30am on Friday, September 22, 2023.
